Western Nepal rain water scarcity climate change

Pumfa K.C , a woman who runs a small hotel in in Dharm Pokhara Village, Gurans Rural Municipality in Dailekh district of Nepal, cleans vegetables from rain water in her hotel . She got only 20 liters of drinking water that morning from regural tap . Each family gets 30 liters in the evening and 30 liters in the morning. As the village on the top of hill, it is facing water scarcity.
