Western Nepal scarcity drinking water

Pumfa K.C , a woman who runs a small hotel in in Dharm Pokhara Village, Gurans Rural Municipality in Dailekh district of Nepal, fetches water from a tap in the morning. She got only 20 liters of water that morning. Each family gets 30 liters in the evening and 30 liters in the morning. As the village on the top of hill, it is facing water scarcity.
