"Water is more than just a resource," said Kahramon Jumaboev, a researcher at the Central Asia Regional Office of the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) in Tashkent. "You need to think about water as life, and it is everyone's responsibility to protect it. In a country like Uzbekistan, where water resources are limited, every drop of water should count."
