Summary

Bhim Sara B.C from Bhew Chula village in Gurans Rural Municipality in Dailekh district of Nepal, has two “Ghaita” (rain water harvest water tank). As the village is on the top of mountain, its facing water scarcity since many years. The rain water harvest system is supplying water in monsoon season. She drinks and use the water in all household works. But during the dry season she either have to walk hours for water or pay vehicles to carry water from other water sources nearest.
